Cancellation of the order

You can cancel your order only before shipping takes place. To do that, you can contact the Petit Boutik customer service department, at 2411116368 / 6986174008 or send an email to sales@petitboutik.gr.

Returns of products (Greece)

You can return all or some of the products you have received within fourteen (14) calendar days, with no cost, but only for the first return.

For reasons of hygiene, jewellery and cosmetics cannot be returned unless they are proven to be faulty when received or if you find any defect within the first fourteen (14) days.

You can ask for either a replacement of the size or, in the case of a defect, a replacement with another product. If this is not possible because of a lack in stock, we will refund you the cost of the product. If, for any other reason, you want to return all or some of the products you have purchased, we will still refund the cost of the products.

In case of additional returns and changes, the client pays the shipping cost.

Shipping costs are included on the refund but pay-on-delivery costs are not refundable as payment method. Refunds or sending a new order will be done only after we have received the product you want to return and only if it is in its initial condition.

The return process is as follows:

1. Contact the Petit Boutik customer service department either via phone at 2411116368 / 6986174008 or via email at sales@petitboutik.gr.

2. After communicating with out representative, you can call the ACS courier company or the ELTA Courier Porta Porta company of your area to come and get you parcel. If you choose another courier company the charge in on you.

3. Pack the product or products you want to return in its initial packaging or in any other safe packaging, put the receipt inside (in case of a refund write down the number of your bank account, preferably an account at the banks we collaborate with, and your full name) and send it to the following address by charging the recipient:

The refund is completed within five (5) weekdays via Piraeus Bank or the NBG Bank. Our company is not responsible for the pricing policies of other banks and is not obligated to pay any extra expenses for money transfers to other banks besides Piraeus Bank and NBG Bank.

 

ATTENTION: Each product you wish to return must be in excellent condition, in its original packaging with its labels on, its receipt and its order form.

 

For products bought on sales, refunds are not possible, but we can replace them. In case the discount is over 50%, refunds are also not possible, unless the product is defective.

 

Returns from Cyprus and other countries

You can return all or some of the products you have received within fourteen (14) calendar days, but you have to pay the return costs.

For reasons of hygiene, jewellery and cosmetics cannot be returned unless it is proven to be faulty when received or if you find any defect within the first fourteen (14) days.

In case we make a mistake during shipment or when we receive a defective product, all return charges are on our company.

Return costs as well as costs for the new shipping are paid by the client. In case of a deposit at a different bank the cost of the exchange is paid by the beneficiary (client) and not the depositor (Petit Boutik)
